In our department, as an Ophthalmology Training Program Facility, we operate the following training programs. After a year’s worth of training, trainees start a residency at a related medical institution, and along with gaining skills in various surgeries, such as cataract surgery, we develop them into skilled ophthalmologists who can handle anything from routine care to advanced treatment.
